LDB201 Sheung Shui to Chau Tau Tunnels
ADMS operation during excavation of cut & cover tunnel
A technically demanding ADMS (Automatic Deformation Monitoring System) project with the main focus on the real-time monitoring of 740m of live track adjacent to a cut & cover excavation only 1.5m away. The project was further complicated by the use of movable protection frames (as pictured left) that would temporary block the reference prisms.
