A technically demanding instrumentation project for the prestigious International Commerce Centre; scheduled to be Hong Kong’s tallest building with 118 floors.

Borehole instruments were installed to depths of 80m and the load tests were some of the highest undertaken in Hong Kong.

Þ Structural, utility and ground settlement monitoring
Þ MTRC (metro) tunnel monitoring
Þ Foundation integrity tests: Koden and sonic tests
Þ Vibration monitoring
Þ Verticality checks
Þ Concrete, rock and soil tests
