Structural Health Monitoring
FT Laboratories offers structural health monitoring services, which include the design, supply, and commissioning of a structural monitoring system for permanent structures, such as bridge bearings, tunnels and bridges.

Anchor Monitoring
The Geotechnical Engineering Office (Hong Kong) and the Building Department impose long-term monitoring and maintenance requirements on owners (private and Government) of ground anchors installed in slopes and retaining walls. To ensure the long-term safety of slopes and retaining structures, depending on the type of anchor, monitoring may be required at 1, 2 or 5 yearly intervals.
